Ensure the organization is financially sound

Improve the level of parent and player conduct towards opposing parents, players, referees and coaches

Improve the quality of coaches including: Knowledge of the game, ability to teach and foster with sportsmanship being key

Maintain and strengthen relationship with schools through continued dialogue with principals, coaches,. athletic directors and administrators

Continued improvement of team quality and Organization image within the community and Chicago land area at large.

Create and environment of community where children will compete on the court, but remain friends off the court.

Team selection will be based upon the guidelines of each program without preference to attendance to a particular school

Board of directors will consist of members that represent a cross section of the community
